Who am I?
I know the HoReCa industry from all sides. I took my first steps in the restaurant industry in the USA in 2001. I passed all levels of employment. I worked as a manager for one of the largest pub chains in the UK. I have managed many restaurants ranging from the choice of location through design, adaptation and equipment to choose from suppliers, setting the menu, setting the food and beverage cost, and training the employees. I know how the HoReCa business works and how it should be like to get the most from it and make everybody happy.
